Lifetime Warranty

Your HYCLEAR COOKWARE product is covered by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, subject to the exclusions listed below. If you encounter a defect, please email our customer support team at admin@hyclearcookware.com with your name, address, phone number, email address, proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Once a return permission number has been granted, you can then return the item, ensuring it is properly packaged with postage paid for by the customer.

Under this warranty, the manufacturer’s responsibility is limited to either repairing or replacing the defective product at their discretion. The manufacturer is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, whether direct or indirect.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use (including use of sharp utensils, improper storage or cleaning, excessive heat, abuse or misuse, neglect, or lack of seasoning), commercial or restaurant use, rust or unauthorized repair. Surface imperfections, discoloration and cosmetic blemishes may develop over time due to normal wear and tear, but these do not affect the cookware’s performance and are not covered under the warranty. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this contract.

This warranty is only valid for consumers with valid proof of purchase. Products not purchased new from an authorized dealer, distributor, or manufacturer’s representative are not covered.

While blunt metal utensils can be used, sharp utensils can damage the ceramic coating. The use of sharp utensils is not covered by this warranty.
